GROUP RISK

In addition to pension and provident fund benefits, employers may also offer risk benefits to their staff such as Group Life cover, Disability cover and Funeral cover. In some cases these policies will provide employees with cover that they would not have been eligible for as individuals.  Because Group Risk Policies primarily underwrite the employer, and not the individual, the premiums are also, on average, more affordable.
